Cabbage Pomegranate Salad

This is a great salad for fall, would be beautiful at thanksgiving...

Two cups of thinly sliced cabbage
1/2 pomegrante
1 pear diced
1/2 shallot diced
2 stalks of celery diced
Juice of one lemon
Olive Oil
salt and pepper

For more festive color, use purple cabbage as well as green!
