Super Smoothie!

I love to make a smoothie for breakfast or lunch.  No two smoothies are the same, each a reflection of that day's available supplies.  This morning I made a smoothie for my husband and I with this fabulous combination.

Raspberry Whip Smoothie
One Banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup rice milk
Spoon of bee pollen
Spoon of hemp protein powder


Here's a beautiful recipe for a Raspberry Whip!
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/2 cup coconut yogurt
1 cup coconut milk
1 spoon hemp protein powder
1 spoon bee pollen


Monkey Smoothie
2 bananas
2 spoons raw cacao powder
Spoon sunflower seed butter
Spoon bee pollen
Spoon hemp protein powder
Few ice cubes
1 cup rice milk
